You can return any product you have purchased for any reason, as long as you return it within the next 14 working days.
If you wish to change your product with another then please contact us via email at email@example.com or by phone at (0030) 2103464464. Upon confirmation, you may send the product to us and we will send you another of your choice.
Please note that the customer in this case should pay the shipping costs.
Please pay attention:
In order for us to accept the product returned, it must be in perfect condition and not missing anything from packaging (tags, etc.) . Also in the parcel you should include the receipt of purchase.
Until the product arrives to us, it is at your own risk, so it is important to arrange for safe transportation to avoid damage and hence failure of return.
Caution: In case you receive a damaged product please inform us immediately within the same day.
Products that cannot be returned:
For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
